About Us
We promise you will get straight
forward answers, no sales pitches, and simple advice
Bob is a professional coach and certified
hospitality consultant who helps managers buy and manage
foodservices with confidence.
He helps them to explore possibilities, make
choices and create strategies that enable them to focus energy,
optimise performance, and achieve their objectives faster and
easier, maximizing return on investment.
Before establishing a consulting practice, Bob
spent 25 years in the hospitality industry and held senior positions
in both operations and project management. Those positions, along
with 10 years in consulting and coaching, have provided a unique and
diverse perspective from which to work with clients.
Bob founded Just Consultancy in 1998, and now
leads a dynamic team of professional
foodservice experts. Clients who want to improve their
foodservices and contribution to their business appreciate their
refreshingly supportive, empowering consulting approach.
He attracts both
private
and corporate clients such as Royal Botanic Gardens Kew,
National Trust, ITN, British Medical Association, Bank of England,
Honda Europe, Local Government Association and many more.
Bob offers a range of programmes and services -
from troubleshooting and outsourcing, to improvement programmes and
strategic planning, he specializes in helping clients avoid
problems, not simply to deal with them.
As a business manager you can expect to have
some problems. They just seem to go hand in hand. However, it is how
you deal with the problems that matters. Avoiding as many problems
as you can and recovering quickly from the ones you do have is
essential.
To know where to begin, you need to gain
distance and objectivity. Moreover, if you are facing difficulties,
an outside perspective is crucial to overcoming your challenges and
reaching your goals.
Bob's step-by-step approach helps you analyse
your business from all angles - quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, and
cost-effectively. He gets to what you can't because he knows what it
takes and how to get it!
His advice is straightforward, practical, and
easy to understand - no gobbledygook, jargon, or misleading
information - just the facts in plain English! It allows you to act
fast and make informed decisions that will improve your business.
